For some, the view of God is that He is there, just waiting to pick you up no matter what you have done. However, we need to realize that if we overstep the mark, we can quite easily end up with God as our enemy rather than our helper. Yes, if we are obedient, God can be an enemy to our enemies, but if we are not obedient, then look out.


Exodus 23:22

Exo 23:22 But if you are careful to obey him, following all My instructions, then I will be an enemy to your enemies, and I will oppose those who oppose you.

Num 14:34

Num 14:34 "'Because your men explored the land for forty days, you must wander in the wilderness for forty years—a year for each day, suffering the consequences of your sins. Then you will discover what it is like to have Me for an enemy.'
